Risk Values releases v2 of unique customer profiling tool

Risk Values Limited, part of The Anti Money Laundering Network, has today
released version 2 of the unique customer profiling tool RV1.
RV1 uses a series of unobtrusive lifestyle questions to identify those
applicants for business who display the psychological propensity to commit
financial crime such as money laundering, fraud and the funding of terrorism
RV1 can be embedded into customer relationship management surveys, on-line
surveys and application forms.
Using the slogan " know your customer, not just his money " RV1 helps
organisations to identify those accounts that should be subject to closer
scrutiny.
Launching the product in London, Pat Dade, Director of Research for Risk
Values said "Risk Values builds on thirty years of identifying how customers
relate to the businesses they deal with, and on principles of psychology
going back more than 50 years. Risk Values is a new approach to consumer
risk management and is capable of changing the face of a company's risk
profile."
Launching the product in Kuala Lumpur, Nigel Morris-Cotterill, CEO, The Anti
Money Laundering Network, parent company of Risk Values, said "Risk Values
fills in the gaps in financial transaction profiling. As more and more
regulators require transaction monitoring, a trend that will continue after
the issue of the Financial Action Task Force 40 Recommendations last week,
more and more financial services businesses will realise that non-financial
data is an essential part of the mix."
Launching the product in Singapore, Alicia Eng, SEA Regional Sales
Co-Ordinator, the Anti Money Laundering Network, said "Risk Values is
unique. In the days of processor and memory hungry applications, Risk Values
fits on a single floppy disk and runs on even ageing PCs. It doesn't cost
millions of dollars per installation: a single PC version costs just USD575.
It doesn't require staff training and it doesn't need complex installation.
A copy can be downloaded from the internet, installed and deployed in under
five minutes. To a complete non-techie like me, used to seeing massive
programs that take days to install and weeks of training for key staff, the
ease of deploying Risk Values is almost magical."
Details:
Risk Values v2 runs on MS Windows based pcs and intranets running MS Windows
and Linux/Apache servers with MS Windows based terminals.
The PC based version costs USD575 (plus 17.5% UK VAT for sales in Europe).
